Leanne Johnston is a Canadian hiker who was born in Regina, Saskatchewan. She now lives in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She is known for having the fastest woman's time on the Grouse Grind race that takes place every year on Grouse Mountain. She currently holds the women's time record. Her 2007 time was 31:04.[1] Johnston finished the 2006 BMO Bank of Montreal Grouse Grind Mountain Run with a time of 33 minutes and 47 seconds.[2]
